Where do I purchase my tickets?
You can purchase your tickets from the driver when you board, or from The Trolley Shoppe located at 258 Main Street Katoomba (opposite Katoomba Railway Station).
Is the city tour for only 1 complete time around?
The tour is once around however, you may Hop On and Hop Off the trolley at any of the 29 stops you wish and spend the day travelling at your leisure.
Do you have concessions available?
YES! We offer concessions on some of our package tours. For more information call our toll free number: 1800 801 577.
Do you have a student rate?
YES! We have Student concessions available.
Do you have group rates?
YES! We have special rates for groups and lunch can be arranged to suit your needs.
Do you accept credit cards?
YES! We accept Mastercard and Visa only, plus EFTPOS.
What places are a must see?
The most common must see places are The Three Sisters, Scenic World, Leura Cascades and Gordon Falls.
How can I get in from Sydney?

Do you pick up from near a railway station?
Trains arrive from Sydney at Katoomba every hour. Trolleys depart across from Katoomba Railway Station at the Carrington Hotel Katoomba Street, Katoomba approximately 10 minutes after train arrival. A Trolley tour takes a minimum of 1 hour and allows you to hop on or off as often as you like.
Are your trolleys wheelchair accessible?
We have wheelchair accessible trolleys. However, prior notification is required.
Are pets in small carriers allowed on board?
No pets are allowed on board the trolley unless they are seeing eye dogs.
Are packed lunches & beverages allowed on board?
Food is allowed (for your picnic lunch) but must not be consumed onboard.
Do we have to start at stop #1?
No, you can start at any one of the 29 stops on our route. A Trolley tour takes a minimum of 1 hour and allows you to hop on or off as often as you like.
